Knowledge Management is crucial for any type of organisation. Often, processes involving lot of interactions and data/documents exchange are poorly managed. We are currently working in partnership with MICA Systems to show how organisations can become agile and can increase their performance.

Context: With use of the Web, communication has increased and has dramatically accelerated. However, communication is not always more efficient today than yesterday inside organisations. Therfefore, we identify with right methologies and tools how we can support our clients to become more agile and performant.

Method & tool: The method we use is based on Agile and Lean concepts. We identify key problems. We analyse them and underderstand to which processes they are linked. On average, in 3 months, the procecesses linked to the problems are understood, monitored and a dashboard is provided. Soutions are proposed to organisations.
